We accept and electronically file most insurance claims. If you have questions about your plan benefits, don’t hesitate to call our front office team for answers. Dr. Salibian is a preferred provider for some carriers, and he also files most out-of-network claims. Please prepare to pay your portion of the balance at the time of your visit. We will gladly estimate and inform you of all costs before performing procedures.
